Meetings of the full Council are usually held on the first Monday of the month (unless indicated otherwise). If a meeting falls on a Bank Holiday, the meeting will usually be held on the following week. The meetings of the full Council receive reports from the Ward Councillor and local Police representatives as well as questions from members of the public. The Full Council discusses, and makes decisions on, local issues some of which have been raised by members of the public. The Full Council also ratifies recommendations from the Council's Committees. Supporting papers for Full Council meetings are available from the Clerk on request Please note Minutes are confirmed at the next full council meeting so are to be considered a draft until after the next meeting. UPDATE: At the council meeting held on 4th July 2022, the town council resolved not to hold a meeting of full council in August. There will be no meeting of full council in December 2023
